Mr. Russel Krawitz
Mr. Russel Krawitz graduated from The University of Auckland Medical School in 2007. He completed General Surgical training at Western Health, Victoria in 2017 and has gone on to complete 3 years of sub-specialty training in endocrine surgery in Melbourne (Western Health and Austin Health) and Sydney (ANZ Endocrine surgical Fellow at Royal North Shore Hospital and Hornsby Hospital) .
Russel has a keen interest in the management of thyroid and parathryoid disorders. With an emphasis on scar minimisation and voice preservation.
As well as Endocrine surgery, Russel has a keen interest in General Surgery. Currently he is working as a Consultant at Western Health, where he regularly has emergency and elective surgical lists, covering a wide variety of General and Endocrine surgical conditions.
Outside of medicine, Russel spends most of his time running around after his 3 boys (and wife).
